Rio Ferdinand names the £51m Man United flop he's been 'disappointed' with - and reveals the player who will improve most under Michael Carrick:

United confirmed the appointment of Michael Carrick as their interim boss until the end of the season on Tuesday night after Ruben Amorim's sacking last week.
