ormer Manchester United centre-back Rio Ferdinand has revealed what was said when he met up with Galatasaray's Wilfried Zaha ahead of Tuesday night's Champions League clash at Old Trafford.
Zaha, who had a failed spell at United between 2013 and 2015, joined the Turkish giants during the summer transfer window after leaving Crystal Palace. He spent eight years in his second spell at Selhurst Park, but was desperate to test himself at European level for the very first time.
The Ivorian, 30, had his fair share of offers on the table, but Galatasaray, who last faced United back in 2012, presented him with the most attractive offer. He put pen to paper on a three-year deal.
