They enjoyed a memorable trip around Manchester earlier this year and during Tour 2017, presented by Aon, Manchester United forward Juan Mata and actor Dominic Monaghan were reunited in Los Angeles.

The two friends caught up after one of the Reds' training sessions at UCLA, before meeting up again at the team hotel as part of a special programme for MUTV.

Lord of the Rings and Lost star Dominic also went behind the scenes at one of Juan's photo-shoots with adidas, before the pair were joined for a walk around Beverly Hills by Ander Herrera.

The trio discussed a number of things from United's achievements and aims, to Hollywood stars and films, with Juan revealing a keen desire to learn more about acting.
